About Us

Our story began on a Friday when single mom and student, Deborah Tuggle, decided to bake cookies for her classmates to help cover tuition costs. The cookies sold so well that Deborah started selling them every Friday. Today, Deborah owns and operates Bite Me, Inc. and manufactures Friday's Cookies, Bite Me Cookies and many private label brands.

Bite Me, Inc. is a proud woman, minority owned small business that is woman operated. Bite Me, Inc. believes in empowering woman and immigrants through job creation and skill development, this is what drives us to make cookies that make jobs that change lives.

Bite Me, Inc has always believed in the importance of giving back and give a portion of our from every single cookie sold to charities that help make the world a better place.  From this desire, Operation S.S.O.L., Sewing Seeds of Love one flower at a time was created. As individuals, we may not know how to prevent war, famine or floods.  However, every moment of peace and joy counts.  When our cookies put a smile on someone’s face, we’ve made our greatest accomplishment!  Every time you buy one of Bite Me, Inc's products, please know that together, we have given back.
