Delicious…icing on the cookies are just right. Not too sweet but sweet enough. Top it off with vanilla ice cream and it’s movie night.

My sister in law used to send these shortbread cookies to me in Southern California regularly, until I told her they are too yummy and irresistible and not helping my weight! I was SO HAPPY to discover these delicious cookies made with whole wheat flour and with only 3 gms sugar and 100 caleries as I am trying to follow the MIND diet and you are only suppose to eat whole grains and not much sugar. My local PCC store did not have them for several weeks, but now I found one box today, happily. I will call them tomorrow and ask for them to keep a supply in stock. My sister, who is a cookie freak, thinks they are one of the best also!
